My muscles (while not bulky) were so powerful enough to melt the fat even when I wasn’t exercising. There was a definite improvement in my muscle tone, which is what I think is responsible for me losing 11 lbs so far with Fat Burning Furnace. The exercise that did the most for my weight loss is the Blowtorch Workout, which I do every other day because it works! You can read about it in his book.
